Refund Guarantee

We're a small, independent, early-stage board. We don't have hundreds of employer testimonials to point to yet — so instead of asking you to trust us on faith, we put the financial risk on us, not you.

What we guarantee

If you upgrade a listing to Featured and decide it wasn't worth it, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked, no forms to justify it.

Who's eligible

• Any Featured listing purchase — whether at the standard $99 price or a founding/launch discount price.
• One refund per listing purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aistackjobs.com with the subject "Refund" and the email address or receipt you used to pay. We aim to process refunds via Stripe within 5 business days.

What this guarantee covers — and what it doesn't

This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a performance guarantee. We don't promise a minimum number of applicants, clicks, or views — we don't have the data yet to make that promise honestly, and we won't invent it. What we do promise: if you're not happy with Featured for any reason, you get your money back.

Free listings have nothing to refund — there's no charge to begin with.

Why we do this

Most job boards ask you to pay first and hope. We'd rather you try Featured with the outcome guaranteed one way or another: either it works for you, or you get your money back. The downside risk is ours.
