We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join the Developer Tools team at Figma. This team is building solutions targeting mainly frontend and full stack developers, helping them bring products from idea to production faster than ever. As a manager on the Developer tools team you will lead teams working across Dev Mode, MCP, Code Connect, and more. You’ll also be responsible for helping define the future of our developer offering, very likely helping incubate and lead new product development.
